How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

    We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Jira environment to support cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business functions. This role is responsible for maintaining Jira workflows, permissions, automations, integrations, and reporting while ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with organizational processes.


    Key Responsibilities

    Administer and maintain Jira Cloud/Server environments, including projects, workflows, issue types, schemes, dashboards, and permissions.

    Configure and customize Jira to support Agile delivery processes across multiple teams.

    Design, implement, and maintain Jira automations and integrations with tools such as Confluence, GitHub, Slack, CI/CD platforms, and service management systems.

    Support users with troubleshooting, onboarding, training, and best practices.

    Manage user access, security settings, and governance standards.

    Create and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports to provide visibility into project performance and operational metrics.

    Collaborate with engineering, product, PMO, and operational stakeholders to improve workflows and tooling efficiency.

    Lead Jira optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

    Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures.

    Monitor platform performance, system health, and licensing utilization.


    Required Skills & Experience

    Proven experience as a Jira Administrator in a fast-paced technology or enterprise environment.

    Strong expertise in Jira configuration, workflow design, permission schemes, and automation.

    Experience with Atlassian ecosystem tools including Confluence and Jira Service Management.

    Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

    Experience integrating Jira with development and collaboration tools.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Atlassian certifications are highly desirable.

    Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Groovy, ScriptRunner, or REST APIs.

    Knowledge of DevOps workflows and CI/CD tooling.

    Experience supporting enterprise-scale Jira environments.
