ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a PMO/Project Coordinator on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.
This role requires a strong background in telecoms operations and change management, with particular emphasis on raising and managing CRQs within a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-site upgrade and overnight migration activities across multiple locations
- Raise, monitor, and manage CRQs (Change Requests) within the change management process
- Raise and track changes within Remedy/Ace to ensure all activities are logged and compliant
- Manage hardware stock levels and support logistics planning for engineering activities
- Maintain and update Excel-based trackers, reporting documents, and project records
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working within a telecoms environment
- Essential experience raising and managing CRQs within a live operational environment
- Strong understanding of change management and governance processes
- Experience using Remedy/Ace or similar ticketing and change management systems
- SC Clearance is essential, or candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo SC Clearance immediately
