We’re hiring someone who wants to learn how a marketing function really operates - across multiple channels, brands and stakeholders - and then carve out a specialism that’s genuinely theirs.
We’ll spend the first 3-6 months helping you find that specialism. In the meantime, you’ll own TikTok from day one.

With 9 offices globally and a team of 250+, we’ve spent over 17 years building something we’re genuinely proud of - and the marketing team plays a central role in how we present that to the world.
Our marketing team of three (growing to four) runs multi-channel activity across Vivid: social media, digital, SEO, content, BD outreach, internal comms and more. It’s a small team with a big remit, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
What the role involves
Months 1-3 - explore everything
- Own TikTok from week one: content creation, scheduling, tone of voice and early growth strategy
- Rotate across all marketing workstreams: social media, digital & SEO, content creation, BD outreach and internal comms
- Work alongside our Senior Marketing Executive and Media Executive, learning how each pod operates
- Get to know the business: our brand, our markets, our clients and how marketing connects to commercial outcomes
- 6-month review: we sit down together and formally define your pod - the domain that’s yours to develop
Ongoing - own your pod
- Take full ownership of your confirmed specialism: strategy, content, performance and reporting
- Contribute to team-wide output across social, digital, brand assets, presentations and internal comms
- Support Vivid with content and collateral: sales decks, brochures, campaign materials
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on projects and stakeholder-facing work
- Grow your contribution level - from Developing through to Expert and Head of [your specialism]
What we’re looking for
We’re not holding out for a perfect CV. We’re looking for someone with genuine marketing curiosity, the confidence to own something from day one, and a clear sense of where they want
to develop.
You probably have…
- 0-1 years of marketing experience, in-house or agency
- Hands-on experience creating content for social media
- A working understanding of at least one: SEO, LinkedIn, TikTok, content strategy or BD-led marketing
- Strong written communication - comfortable adapting tone across different brands and audiences
- The ability to manage your own time and take ownership of tasks without needing to be directed
It would be great if you…
- Have created TikTok content for a brand or personal project
- Have some exposure to SEO tools, website CMS or LinkedIn campaign management
- Are interested in the recruitment or professional services industry
- Have supported with presentations, brochures or other marketing collateral
- Can point to something you’ve built, grown or improved - however small
