An established and highly respected independent estate agency in Little Venice is looking for an ambitious Sales Valuer to join their successful residential sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who thrives on winning instructions, building strong local relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in one of West London’s most desirable markets.
The Role
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Generating new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
- Delivering accurate market advice and pricing strategies
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the local property market
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator
- Strong track record in generating valuations and winning business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, driven, and target-focused approach
- Good knowledge of the Little Venice / West London property market preferred
- Full UK driving licence
