Your Role
Set, operate, and optimise CNC sliding head machines to produce high-precision components that meet the highest industry standards. You will drive efficiency, uphold our reputation for excellence, and mentor the next generation of engineering talent—all while enjoying the autonomy and support to do your best work.

• Efficient Set-Ups: Complete machine set-ups within quoted times, keeping production on schedule and minimising disruption to workflow.
• Production Discipline: Take ownership of your output, maintaining a scrappage rate below 1.5% and consistently meeting the quality standards our customers demand.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving the overall working environment — from maintaining a well-organised shop floor to improving tooling, tooling storage, and the systems and processes that keep production running smoothly.
