Home and Future is the South East Regional Care Cooperative, a not-for-profit social enterprise funded by local authorities across the region. We create regional collaborations that provide better homes for vulnerable children and young people, placing their voices at the heart of everything we do. Purpose of the role
To provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day‑to‑day activities, within a largely remote working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to senior leadership.
- Monitor and manage main shared mailboxes, ensuring emails are triaged, prioritised and responded to appropriately.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts and ensuring effective use of time.
- Coordinate and maintain meeting schedules across a geographically dispersed, largely remote team.
- Prepare and manage attendee lists for major meetings and governance forums.
- Support the organisation of meetings, including virtual and in‑person meetings, agendas, papers and follow‑up actions.
- Use digital systems effectively to support smooth information flow, document management and collaboration across the organisation.
- Support the use of workflow and collaboration tools to track tasks, maintain records and improve coordination across teams.
- Identify and suggest practical improvements to administrative processes and use of systems.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders remotely.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong digital skills, including confident use of Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Experience using Microsoft tools such as Forms and SharePoint Lists to support data capture, tracking and reporting.
- Experience using CRM systems or similar databases to maintain accurate records, contacts and communications (e.g. HubSpot or equivalent).
- Exposure to or experience using workflow or project management tools (e.g. Monday.com), with the ability to support coordination and task tracking across teams.
- Comfortable working in a digital‑first, remote or hybrid environment, using technology to stay organised and connected.
Desirable:
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com or similar platforms, or the ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (attending London office 1-2 times per month)
Salary: £26,500
