How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Do you love sales, customer engagement and building strong relationships? And are you looking for a job in an international company with fantastic colleagues, a great culture and world-class products?

Then our job as Inside Sales Representative at our Brighton office right by Brighton beach, with a starting date as soon as possible, could be the right one for you.

    What we do:

We make the world’s most extraordinary audio and video solutions. For over 40 years, Biamp has created and innovated professional audiovisual solutions that enable great communication.

From the smallest of rooms to the largest of venues, we empower true human connection in every space. As we grow to meet our customers’ needs and evolve to address the challenges of tomorrow, one guiding principle remains the same: Biamp connects people through extraordinary audiovisual experiences.

    About our company:

We’re growing. In the span of just four years, five companies have joined the Biamp family, increasing our product offerings and expanding our presence within the global market.

We’re global. Installed in thousands of applications in over 100 countries, our products are supported by our employees located throughout 15 Biamp locations worldwide.

We’re empowered. Joining a scaling company means employees have greater opportunities to gain experience while effecting genuine change within the organization.

We’re cutting-edge (but local about it). Initial design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing are all managed within our own facilities, leading to shorter lead times, faster responses, and greater convenience for our clients overall.

    Job Summary

As Inside Sales Representative, you report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and are a key commercial member of the UK team.

Your role is central to growing Biamp’s business in the UK by onboarding new customers, revitalizing dormant partners, and supporting existing distributors, integrators, and resellers. You will proactively reach out to accounts, follow up on all inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and support partners as they take opportunities through to close.

You will leverage virtual selling tools and techniques and collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Field Sales colleagues when required. You will build and maintain strong relationships across approximately 120 accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and a clear understanding of how to identify and pursue commercial opportunities in a complex selling environment.

This role includes a balanced mix of proactively contacting Biamp’s customers and partners, inbound lead handling and sales support.

    Your tasks and responsibilities

    Sales Growth & Account Development

    • Manage and grow sales through development of existing accounts across the UK.
    • Conduct proactive outreach to key partners and customers, developing and progressing opportunities through to close.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business across a diverse customer base.
    • Support and expand existing customer accounts through training and product education.

    Lead Management & Pipeline Development

    • Follow up on all inbound leads in a timely manner.
    • Use CRM tools to manage and track projects, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
    • Present and demonstrate technical AV solutions both in person and via video conferencing.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and uncover areas for improvement and growth.
    • Provide detailed performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager in line with company standards.

    Sales Support & Partner Enablement

    • Support our distribution partners in developing opportunities with their customers.
    • Participate in training, customer events, and industry exhibitions as required.
    • Carry out any additional duties as directed by your manager.

    How you get the job:

First of all, in order to get the job you need to be able to recognize yourself in this description:

    • You have minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial inside sales role (B2B).
    • You have a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales mindset and deliver high-quality work and customer engagement consistently.
    • You are customer-focused, results-oriented and a strong communicator.
    • You can speak, read and write English fluently.
    • You have affinity with AV/IT solutions
    • You have experience with CRM systems and Office 365.
    • You are comfortable balancing proactively contacting and following up on your portfolio of accounts, inbound handling, and sales support tasks.
    • You enjoy building commercial relationships and are motivated by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within a large base of smaller, less active accounts.

    Recruitment process

We will ensure you get a response as fast as possible. If we see a potential match, you will be invited to an interview process where you will meet the Regional Sales Manager and other relevant colleagues.

Press Quick Apply, attach your resumé or LinkedIn profile, answer a few questions and we will get back to you.
