We are currently supporting a client with the search for an organised and proactive Early Careers Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day administrative support, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Managing inboxes, documents and internal systems
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
• Assisting with onboarding and candidate administration
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Supporting with reporting and general office coordination
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A confident communicator with excellent written English
• Comfortable working within a busy office environment
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
• Experienced within a previous administrative or office-based role
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Grade B (or equivalent) in English
• Previous administration or office experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and general IT confidence
