How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Visual Merchandiser | Massimo Dutti | UK (Store-based)

    About us

Inditex is a global fashion retail group behind brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties and Zara Home. We bring trend-led product to customers at pace, powered by creativity, strong store teams and a relentless focus on doing things better every day.

Massimo Dutti represents elevated, contemporary style—defined by quality, timeless design and a premium in-store experience. Our stores are curated spaces where product storytelling, detail and service standards truly matter.

    The role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Massimo Dutti, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.

This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
    • Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
    • Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Massimo Dutti standards.
    • Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Massimo Dutti brand.
    • Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
    • Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.

    What you’ll bring

    • Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
    • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
    • Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
    • Strong understanding of Massimo Dutti’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.

    The mindset we love

You’re empathetic, reliable, and customer-focused, with the right mindset to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced store environment. You’re adaptable, resilient, and you take pride in doing things properly—especially when it’s busy.

    What we offer

    • Competitive salary
    • 25% staff discount
    • More4Less benefits scheme
    • Refer a Friend programme
    • Internal promotion opportunities

    Inclusion

We’re committed to an inclusive recruitment process and can provide adjustments for people with disabilities or long-term conditions.

Apply now and help shape the Massimo Dutti experience—through visual storytelling, commercial impact, and exceptional service.
