How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

⭐ Head of Product / GM

    💸 Up to £160,000 + bonus

    📍 London / Hybrid (1-2 days a week onsite)

Are you a senior Product Leader who thinks like a founder? Do you thrive in environments where you own not just product strategy, but also growth, commercial outcomes and customer experience? Are you excited by AI-native ways of building and operating?

If so, this could be a genuinely exciting next move.

This high-growth technology business is hiring a Product Leader to own one of its most commercially significant product areas - a business unit generating substantial revenue in its own right. The role combines product leadership with real commercial ownership, operating much closer to a GM than a traditional product position.

You’ll lead focused product squads, work closely with engineering and data teams, and own the strategy, execution and performance of the vertical end-to-end. The business is heavily investing in AI-enabled product development and increasingly using AI tools to accelerate how teams build, experiment and make decisions.

    What they’re looking for

    • A senior Product Leader with experience in fast-moving technology businesses, ideally fintech, marketplaces or B2C platforms
    • Strong commercial instinct with experience owning or influencing growth, revenue and P&L performance
    • A builder mindset - someone who enjoys operating close to the detail, not just directing from above
    • Deep experience in experimentation-led product environments with strong product and data foundations
    • Technically credible and comfortable working closely with engineering on product trade-offs and delivery strategy
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams around clear outcomes
    • Interest in AI-native product development and modern ways of building and scaling teams

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a business entering a particularly exciting phase of growth, with significant scope to shape both the product direction and wider commercial performance of the company.

If you enjoy ownership, pace and solving meaningful customer problems at scale, please send your CV for more information on both the role and company.
