Role: Creative Packaging Designer

We are representing an established cosmetics brand who focus on product development and wholesale, working with retailers and partners in the UK and internationally. This rapidly expanding business combines product development, creative marketing with manufacturing partnerships and commercial distribution to bring high-quality beauty products to market at scale.
Design & Concept
- Research and present consumer and packaging trends across skincare and cosmetics
- Create 2D packaging concepts informed by market data and consumer insight
- Develop 3D mock-ups and visuals for sales presentations
- Work within brand guidelines to develop packaging and marketing visuals
Production & Delivery
- Convert concepts into print-ready artwork and manage files for production
- Assist with product approvals to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain daily workflows to support on-time delivery
Collaboration & Presentation
- Work closely with the Director to deliver innovative packaging solutions
- Prepare and present ideas for internal teams and new business pitches
- Consider sustainability and environmental impact in all design decisions
What we're looking for
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics packaging design (FMCG background a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong overall Creative Suite skills
- Excellent typography, composition and print production knowledge
- A passion for trends and genuine interest in the beauty category
- Collaborative and pro-active
