The team regularly advises global clients on a broad range of financing and transactional matters, including secured lending, bond financing, tax leasing, and business and portfolio acquisitions and disposals. The work is often highly structured, cross-border and commercially significant, requiring lawyers who enjoy cutting through complex issues and developing innovative, practical solutions. The successful candidate will gain exposure to market-leading work across all stages of project development and operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a highly ranked practice known for its innovative approach, technical excellence and high-quality work.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Have 4-6 years’ PQE at a leading project finance practice.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
