💼 The RoleAs our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play an important role in making sure every visitor receives a warm welcome and a smooth, positive experience from the moment they arrive.
As this is a new clinic, the role will also include helping to build awareness of the Bearsden branch through friendly client communication and social media support.
✨ Key Responsibilities✔️ Greeting clients warmly and professionally
✔️ Managing bookings and appointments
✔️ Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
✔️ Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
✔️ Keeping the reception area clean, calm, and organised
✔️ Supporting the wider team to deliver the best possible client experience
✔️ Assisting with social media and marketing to help build the Bearsden customer base
✔️ Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required
✅ Excellent communication and people skills
✅ A friendly, caring, and compassionate nature
✅ Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask in a busy environment
✅ Confidence using basic IT systems and booking software
✅ Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
✅ Flexibility and reliability, especially for weekend shifts
