How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Job

    Supply Chain & Fulfilment Manager

    Sweet Bee Organics

    Full-Time, On-site

    Frome, Somerset, UK

    About Sweet Bee:

Sweet Bee Organics is a fast-growing, global mission-led wellness brand creating beautiful, organic, handmade products designed to lift the mind, body, and soul.

Founded in the UK and expanding rapidly in the US, we are scaling thoughtfully, commercially, and operationally. We are entering a new phase of international growth – strengthening infrastructure while preserving the entrepreneurial, values-led spirit that defines us.

    About the Role:

Sweet Bee Organics is seeking a technical powerhouse to lead our ingestible wellness category.

As the Food & Supplement Scientist, you will bridge the gap between botanical tradition and rigorous nutritional science. You will be responsible for the scientific integrity, safety, and efficacy of our adaptogenic blends, tinctures, and supplements, ensuring every formula is as bioavailable as it is "clean".

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulation Leadership: Lead the formulation development for the consumable wellness category, focusing heavily on high-performance dietary supplements and functional foods.

    • Scientific Rigor: Ensure all ingestible formulations meet strict safety & regulatory standards

    • Bioavailability & Efficacy: Optimize the delivery and absorption of active botanicals and minerals, ensuring our products deliver measurable wellness results.

    • Technical Translation: Work closely with our internal marketing and claims team to translate the science into customer friendly and desirable language.

    • Scale-Up Excellence: Lead the transition of supplement and food batches from the lab bench to full-scale manufacturing, maintaining consistency and cost-efficiency.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Degree (BSc or higher preferred) in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven track record in supplement formulation and successfully bringing products to the market, specifically within the natural or organic sector.
    • Mindset: Highly creative and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and a passion for redefining the "clean" supplement market.

    Desirable:

    • Experience working with organic or natural certification bodies (e.g., Soil Association, COSMOS).
    • Experience managing relationships with UK and US regulatory consultants and testing labs.
    • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and creating meaningful, science-led products.

This role is for you if…

At Sweet Bee Organics, we’re on a mission to set a new standard in organic wellness. You’ll join a passionate, purpose-driven team shaping the future of natural health and beauty. Based in our Frome HQ with on-site lab and manufacturing, this is a unique opportunity to bring to life the next generation of truly clean, effective, and compliant wellness products.

    What we offer

    • Competitive Salary based on experience.
    • Benefits – 25 days Annual Leave, 1 day off for your birthday, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance and Pension.
