We’re looking for an exceptional Product Complaints Specialist to join a medical device organisation committed to innovation, compliance and improving lives worldwide.
As a Product Complaints Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product complaints are investigated thoroughly, resolved efficiently and handled in accordance with global regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and investigating product complaints from initial intake through to closure
- Conducting root cause analysis and supporting CAPA activities
- Ensuring compliance with MDR, FDA, ISO 13485 and internal quality processes
- Identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate investigations
- Maintaining clear, compliant documentation and complaint records
Requirements
- Experience within the medical device industry
- Background in complaints handling, quality assurance, post-market surveillance or investigations
- Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards
- Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and patient safety
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
