This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced people manager to lead a busy legal support function, driving service excellence, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of support teams, ensuring high standards of client service while mentoring and developing staff.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing legal support teams
Managing workflows and resource allocation
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Driving service improvements and operational efficiency
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Monitoring KPIs and ensuring exceptional client service deliveryThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous management experience within legal or professional services (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and collaborative approach
