How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver

    THIS IS A WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE ROLE WITH ADDTIONAL FLT LICENCE FOR 10/20% of the time

    The Role

    This is primarily a warehouse-based role involving the day-to-day handling, movement, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will also support forklift operations when required, therefore a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential. We are looking for someone with a great worh ethic and a can do attitude.

    This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
    Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
    Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as required
    Having a great work ethic a can do attitude and be willing to get stuck in to any tasks.
    Assisting with stock control and inventory management
    Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
    Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
    Following all company health & safety procedures
    Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines

    Candidate Requirements

    Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
    This predomenatly a warehouse role with additional FLT
    Previous warehouse or logistics experience
    Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Good communication skills
    Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
    Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
