Our client — a leading international manufacturer with a modern, award-winning facility in North Wales — is recruiting a Production Operator to join their busy assembly and inspection teams.
THE ROLE
Assembling and inspecting high-specification products to strict quality standards
Carrying out detailed cosmetic and functional checks so every item meets customer expectations
Following clear work instructions and standard operating procedures
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe (supporting continuous improvement initiatives)
Working flexibly as part of a team on a fast-paced production line
Upholding all health & safety requirements at all times YOU

Enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn
Previous good experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment
Reliable, safety-conscious and takes pride in doing a good job
Good with their hands and comfortable working at a steady pace
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality
Able to follow instructions accurately and work methodically
Happy working both independently and as part of a team
Starting salary £25,580
Excellent work-life balance — this is a days based role, Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:15, Friday 08:00–16:15,
20 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) — some days to be taken during company shutdown periods
