Salary up to £85k + travel paid separately + bonus (c£7k–£8k) + package
 
Refurbishing luxury houses in Chelsea and Holland Park sounds glamorous until you remember:
• The neighbours hate noise
• Access is impossible
• The client notices everything
• And someone always decides to change something important after it’s already been installed.
 
A very well-regarded Super-Prime Residential contractor (£40m+ turnover) are looking for a Senior Site Manager to work as one of two senior managers on projects typically ranging from £20m–£32m.
Importantly - this is not a lone-ranger No.1 role where you’re expected to run the entire project, fight every fire and somehow attend six meetings at once.
 
You’ll report into a site-based or visiting Contracts Manager, allowing you to focus on what good Senior Site Managers are actually good at:
• Running areas/packages properly
• Driving standards
• Managing subcontractors
• Keeping programmes moving
• Spotting problems before they become very expensive conversations
 
They want someone with:
• Proper Prime Central London refurbishment experience
• Strong longevity with employers
• High standards and good people management
• The sort of calmness that only comes from having already dealt with disasters before
 
This is proper Super-Prime work. Large basements. Complex refurbishments. Very expensive finishes. Clients expecting perfection
