We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Southend-on-Sea for a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as a Trainee Print Finisher on a permanent night shift basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the print and manufacturing industry — and full training is provided, so no print finishing experience is needed.
Night Shift Details
Hours: 22:00 – 06:00, Monday to Friday (during training), moving to Sunday to Thursday once competent
Pay: £13.34 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with print finishing processes as part of a production team
Following instructions and procedures during your training period
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
Working to production targets and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Previous factory or manufacturing experience (essential)
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to commit to regular night shift work
Good attention to detail
