We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join a growing and well-established building services contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties throughout London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a busy and expanding business.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience and be confident working independently across a range of commercial environments carrying out installations, maintenance, remedial works and fault finding.
Duties Will Include
Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Installation of new power and lighting circuits
3 phase electrical works
EICR remedial works
Lighting replacements and upgrades
Electrical fault finding and repairs
Working across commercial buildings throughout London
Using CAFM systems via phone/tablet to manage job sheets and schedules
Reporting remedial works and surveying additional works where required
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition
IPAF Licence
Testing & Inspection qualification advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience within commercial maintenance
Strong fault-finding ability
Experience working on commercial electrical systems
