Previous experience in Production Welding is essential to fulfil this position. This role offers competitive rates of pay with access to free car parking and Friday’s off work! Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, the position of Production Welder is available with immediate start after passing weld test.
Duties and responsibilities of Production Welder -
* Working from Drawings
* Welding materials such as mild and stainless steel
* Making own jigs to weld the pre made parts
* Use specialised machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines.
* Welding various thickness of mild steel (1mm-15mm)
* Setting welding machines
* You will also be required to do some fabricating within this role
Skills and attributes required by successful candidate for the role of Production Welder –
* Working as part of a team and individually
* High attention to detail
* MIG, Production and Fabricating welding experience is essential
* Excellent knowledge with Welding machinery, electrical equipment and manual tools
Location: Alcester
Hours of work: 6am-4.15pm (Monday-Thursday)
Rate of Pay: £15.04 per hour
