A leading housing services provider is seeking an experienced Roofer for a temporary‑to‑permanent position covering properties across the East Midlands. The role is based out their Nottingham depot.
Your new role
Up to £25.00 per hour (temporary)
£31k- £33k per annum once permanent
Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30What you'll need to succeed
Carry out roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks
Work across social‑housing properties, delivering high‑quality, safe and efficient work
Follow all relevant legislation, standards and safe‑working practicesWhat you'll get in return
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in roofing or associated trade
Skilled in pitched/flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt & single‑ply systems, leadwork and pointing
Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience
Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA, ability to read drawingsWhat you need to do now
