We're looking for an experienced Roofer to carry out high‑quality repairs and maintenance across social‑housing properties in the East Midlands. You'll be based out of the Nottingham depot and work across a large regional property portfolio.
Your new role
Deliver roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks
Work to professional standards, legislation and safe‑working practices
Provide a reliable, customer‑focused service across occupied propertiesWhat you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing or associated trade qualification and strong trade experience
Skilled in pitched and flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt/single‑ply systems, leadwork and pointing
Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience
Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMAWhat you'll get in return
