We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established injection moulding manufacturer based in Corby. This is a permanent weekend day shift position, with the option to pick up additional hours during the week if desired.
Salary: £13.50hour (with increases overtime)
Location: Corby
Shift: Weekend Days: Saturday & Sunday - 06:00 to 18:00
Additional Hours: Optional shifts available during the week
Duties:
Operate and monitor injection moulding machines
Unload finished products and perform basic quality checks
Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
Report any faults or production issues to the relevant team
Maintain a clean and organised working areaThe ideal candidate must:
Have experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
Be reliable and committed to working consistent weekend day shifts
Have strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach
Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks
