We are representing a progressive and highly regarded specialist employment law practice who are seeking an experienced Consultant Employment Lawyer to join its growing team.

The Opportunity This role would suit an established Consultant Employment Lawyer seeking access to high-quality work within a well-respected and supportive team environment.

The firm is open to individuals looking for anything from approximately 5–10 hours per month through to full-time consultancy arrangements, making this an ideal opportunity for lawyers seeking flexibility around other professional or personal commitments.

You will have the freedom to work remotely, from the firm’s Central London offices, or through a hybrid arrangement that works best for you.

Experienced Employment Solicitor with strong technical expertise
Previous consultancy experience preferred
Excellent academic background
Background gained within a reputable employment law practice
Able to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
