The Opportunity
We’re working with a high-profile, government-backed programme focused on driving productivity and transformation across UK businesses.
This is a unique opportunity to lead sector-focused programmes, helping organisations understand their challenges, adopt new approaches, and deliver measurable improvements.
This is not a traditional PM role — it’s highly visible, external-facing, and sits at the intersection of strategy, engagement, and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Engage directly with organisations to understand their challenges, maturity, and growth ambitions
* Lead workshops and diagnostic conversations to identify opportunities
* Shape tailored recommendations and programme interventions
* Oversee delivery through a small, multidisciplinary team
* Monitor outcomes and demonstrate impact using meaningful data
* Build strong relationships with businesses, partners, and stakeholders (including government)
* Support the evolution of programme models across different sectors
* Contribute to outreach activity, including events and partnerships
About You
We’re looking for someone credible, commercially-aware, and relationship-driven, who can operate confidently in external-facing environments.
You might come from:
* Business or professional services (e.g. consulting, legal, financial services)
* OR a programme / transformation background with strong external stakeholder engagement
You’ll Likely Bring
* Experience delivering transformation, adoption, or change programmes
* Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly
* Experience working directly with organisations or clients
* A consultative approach — able to diagnose challenges and shape solutions
* The ability to operate both strategically and through delivery
Helpful (but not essential)
* Experience across multiple sectors or organisations
* Exposure to innovation, economic development, or publicly funded programmes
* Experience designing or evolving programme delivery models
Why This Role?
* High-profile, well-funded programme with national impact
* Opportunity to shape how support is delivered across sectors
* Genuinely outward-facing role with influence and visibility
* Ability to drive real, measurable outcomes for organisations
In Summary
This role suits someone who can:
* Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
* Understand real-world business challenges
* Translate insight into practical, impactful programmes
