How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Maintain accurate clinical records in line with HCPC and RCoT standards
    * Support and advise parents, carers, schools and other professionals
    * Contribute towards EHCP assessments and tribunal-related work where required
    * Participate in clinical supervision, CPD and ongoing training
    * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals and external agencies
    * Support children and young people with sensory, self-regulation, motor and functional difficulties
    Skills and Experience

    * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
    * Valid DBS certificate dated within the last 2 years
    * Based within Hampshire or willing to travel across Hampshire

    * Ability to work independently whilst managing your own caseload
    * Right to work in the UK

    * Sensory Integration training
    * Experience within specialist schools, CAMHS, learning disabilities or trauma-informed practice
    * Experience contributing towards EHCP assessments and tribunals
    * Previous mentoring or student supervision experience

    Salaried Opportunities Include:
    * Private Healthcare Cashback Scheme
    * Group Income Protection

    In Addition, We Offer:
    - Flexible working arrangements
    - Hybrid and community-based working

    - Opportunities for progression from Band 6 to Band 7 level
    - Supportive and experienced clinical team
    - Quarterly team socials
    - A genuinely child-centred approach to therapy and care
    Please Note: This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
    Clinic attendance will be more frequent during the initial onboarding and induction period; however, longer-term working arrangements offer excellent flexibility and remote working opportunities.
