The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
Seeking a patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting sensory needs, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.
