We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our clients dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
The Role:
* Handling goods efficiently, including loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers
* Managing stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory records
* Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring quality standards are met
* Organising stock storage areas, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a tidy workspace
* Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and labelling
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in within a warehouse setting
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock control and order processing
* Experience in picking & packing items efficiently while maintaining accuracy
* Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout shifts
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks
Pay & Benefits
* £12.71 per hour
* Full time role
* 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Hols)
* Pension after qualifying period/criteria
