PERSON DETAILS – Head of Maths
* Line-management of the other teachers in the Maths department
* Overseeing department CPD (Continued Professional Development)
* Managing the Maths department budget
* Liaising with external tutoring agencies for A-Level maths tuition where appropriate
* Overseeing group distribution and timetabling where appropriate
* Planning key assessment points throughout the year
* Liaising with our exams officer for exam entries
* Tracking student data and supporting interventions if necessary
* Quality assuring Schemes of Work to encourage outstanding teaching across the department
