HR Data Administrator

Join our HR team and play a key role in delivering accurate, meaningful workforce insights.

Reporting into our Senior HR Reporting Analyst, you'll manage data across our HR, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D systems, keep information accurate, and produce the reports that help drive business decisions.

Please note that this is a full time, permanent role based at our Hoddesdon office.

About our role

Maintain high‑quality HR data and support regular audits
Produce monthly dashboards and respond to ad hoc data requests
Prepare statutory submissions and ensure GDPR compliance
Support key HR projects including pay reviews and engagement surveys

About you

Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data
Experience with HR systems (iTrent/TalentLink is advantageous)
Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and handle sensitive information
