In this role, the successful MMA/Stick/Coded Welder or similar will be responsible for performing heavy plate engineering. In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to industrial steam boilers on customer sites nationwide. On top of this, you will be responsible for re-tubing boilers alongside cutting out and completing D-patch repairs. Finally, you will be responsible for tube late replacement as well as the coded welding of pipework/vessels.
The ideal MMA/Stick/Coded Welder or similar will come from a background within the Heavy/Industrial Engineering/Boiler making or a related field. In addition, you will also have prior working experience within an MMA/Stick/Coded Welder position or similar. On top of this, you will be happy travelling to various customer sites across the UK, with occasional stay aways every now and again. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.
