💥 What You’ll Be Doing as Welder / Fabricator
Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Grinding, sanding, polishing, and finishing components to a high-end standard
Using a range of hand tools and power tools
Reading plans and working to deadlines and daily production targets
Recording builds via internal systems
Communicating progress and resolving issues proactively
Supporting other departments when needed — teamwork is key!
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience with MIG & TIG welding (aluminium & stainless steel)
Apprentice trained or time-served background preferred
Strong understanding of:
Metal types and grades
Machinery and fabrication processes
Welding symbols and specifications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic IT skills (coding knowledge is a bonus but not essential!)
