We are currently working with a variety of Primary and SEN schools across Luton who are looking for dependable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support on a daily supply basis. Opportunities are available for day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and ongoing roles.
Daily supply is ideal for candidates wanting flexibility, varied experience, and the opportunity to work across different year groups and school settings without committing to a permanent position.
Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a graduate considering a future in education, or someone with transferable experience working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, MLD, PMLD, SEMH, or within EYFS settings is desirable, but not essential. Schools are keen to meet candidates with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a nurturing approach.
What we're looking for:

✔ Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, coaching, care, or similar settings is advantageous
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
