We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Recruitment Support Team. Location and Working Pattern
Based at our Wigan office (WN3 6GL). Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 17.00
Responsibilities
Search for and engage with candidates to support resourcing needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential candidates
Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and build talent pools
Manage applications from job boards and the NRL careers platform
Screen candidates for suitability and record accurate information in our systems
Support colleagues by ensuring a smooth candidate process and positive experience
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and candidatesMust-have Requirements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Confidence and resilience when engaging with candidates over the phone
Willingness to learn and adapt with the support of our structured training programmeNice-to-have Skills
Previous experience working in recruitment or a customer-focused role
