The Role
As the Service Manager, you’ll:
• Manage all Hard FM operations across the site
• Oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance delivery
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness at all times
• Supervise subcontractors and the on-site engineering team
• Maintain strong client relationships with the university
You
To be successful in the role of Service Manager, you’ll bring:
• Previous Hard FM/site management experience
• A Mechanical or M&E background
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems
• Experience managing compliance and statutory maintenance
• Ability to identify operational gaps and improve processes
