We are currently recruiting Process Operatives for a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Pay & Hours
* £12.81 per hour
* 37.5 paid hours per week
* Overtime paid at £16.00 per hour after 37.5 hours
* Monday to Friday
* Rotating 3-shift pattern:
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
* 22:00 – 06:00
Duties Include
* Operating machinery and production equipment
* Following production and quality procedures
* Packing and processing products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Completing production paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual attitude
* Ability to work rotating shifts
* Previous manufacturing or production experience beneficial but not essential
* Team player with a positive approach to work
