Mon–Thu working week 07:00–17:30
Regular overtime on Fridays. (Usually 07:00 – 15:00)
Overtime will be available once passed probation
We are looking for a production operative join our busy manufacturing team in Sowerby Bridge. This is a hands-on role with full training provided – perfect for someone reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
What you’ll do:
Operate machinery on the production line
Help manufacture and check the quality of products the company produces
Keep your area clean and safe
Work as part of a team and independently
What we’re looking for:
Production or manufacturing experience.
FLT licence preferred – Counterbalance
Good numeracy & literacy
Hard-working, reliable, and keen to learn

Temp to perm role – permanent contract after 12 weeks
Pay progression up to £16.07/hr
Overtime paid at time & three quarters once passed probation
