How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Estimator / Junior QS (Construction / Fit Out)

    £40,000 - £55,000 + Profit Bonus + Further Training + Scope to Progress your Career

    Office based, Commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan or Manchester and surrounding areas

    Are you from any Estimator or QS background within Construction, Facilities, M&E, Fitout or similair looking to join a rapidly expanding specialist where you will receive on going training as new qualifications are released, further your career with scope to progress whilst you work as part of a small technical team and boost your earnings with a profit related bonus?

    This company, have close to 40 employees and have been established for over two decades, they only cover Commercial and Industrial projects up to £3M in value and are known to invest in their staff.

    This company have been established for over 20 years and are expanding due to continued growth, they invest and develop their staff combined with bonuses and are known in the industry as technical experts that thrive on quality and honesty of work.

    This role will suit an Estimator looking to be valued as part of a small team, where you will be invested in and given the scope to further your career.

    The Role:
    *Office based, Working Monday to Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm
    *Working on Commercial projects up to the value of £3m
    *On going training with the scope for further career progression
