This is a key role within the school, requiring a highly organised and proactive individual who can support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
The Role
Provide front-of-house support, acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
Manage pupil data, attendance, and school records
Handle general administrative duties including emails, calls, and filing
Support senior leadership with administrative tasks
Ensure the efficient running of the school officeRequirements
Previous experience working in a school office environment
Strong working knowledge of SIMS and Arbor (essential)
First Aid trained
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
