About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the executive team. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of diaries, meetings, and general office administration, while also supporting team events and contributing to our positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
* Diary Management: Oversee and coordinate busy diaries using Microsoft Outlook, arrange meetings and resources, and ensure timely preparation for all appointments and trips.
* Meeting Support: Set up meetings, arrange IT and equipment, prepare and distribute documentation, and assist with minute-taking.
* Administrative Assistance: Manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos), compile and bind marketing materials, support Town Hall meetings, and provide administrative help to the CEO’s direct reports.
* Office Administration: Maintain filing systems, coordinate with Group colleagues, assist with internal events, and manage signature collation and regulatory report submissions.
* Support governance processes, including document approvals and execution (e.g. deal documentation and signatures).
* Travel Coordination: Arrange UK and international travel, handling all aspects of booking and logistics.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of internal and client events, including town halls, off-sites, conferences and Senior stakeholder engagements.
* Manage logistics, suppliers, client gifting and budgets, ensuring cost control and high-quality execution.
* Oversee on-the-day delivery, issue resolution and post-event follow-up to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
* 2-3 years’ experience in a similar PA role, ideally within a professional services or financial environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a methodical, detail-oriented approach and a flexible attitude.
* Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, and intermediate competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities to deadline.
