Location: Hertfordshire (On-site)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

An established technology manufacturing company is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on electronics assembly experience who is looking to work within a quality-focused and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Assemble and test electronic products to required specifications.
Carry out quality inspections on components and finished assemblies.
Troubleshoot and inspect products during assembly builds.
Follow production procedures and work instructions accurately.
Report assembly or product issues where required.
Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing.
Skilled in microscope-assisted soldering of fine wires and small components.
Experience soldering SMD and fine-pitch components.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Familiar with electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Understanding of ESD-safe handling practices and quality procedures.
Good PC skills including Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.Benefits
