* Dublin 15 | Data Centre Project
* 6–7 Month Contract
Salter Grange is working with a leading specialist subcontractor delivering large-scale precast concrete solutions across Ireland and the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Site Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join a flagship Data Centre project in Dublin 15 on an initial 6–7 month contract.
This role is ideal for:
* A Site Engineer looking to step into Project Management, or
* A junior Project Manager seeking exposure to major construction projects.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily site activities with the Contracts Manager and site teams
* Monitor installation quality and dimensional accuracy of precast elements
* Manage site logistics, deliveries, and crane coordination
* Attend site meetings and liaise with client teams
* Support Health & Safety compliance and reporting
* Review drawings and technical documentation
* Assist with project programming, labour planning, and progress tracking
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
* Full clean driving licence
Desirable
* Setting out experience
* AutoCAD / 3D modelling knowledge
* Safe Pass, CSCS/SSSTS or related site certifications
