Key Responsibilities
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships
• Recruiting for permanent vacancies within the construction and technical sectors
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Negotiating terms, offers and fees with clients and candidates
• Attending client meetings and networking opportunities where required
Candidate Requirements
• Previous recruitment experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and confident manner
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Full UK driving licence advantageous
