We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools in the Chichester area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
• Assisting with small group and 1:1 interventions
• Encouraging pupil engagement and participation
• Supporting children with varying learning needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and preparation
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children desirable
• Positive and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting young learners
• Adaptable and proactive attitude
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
