How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    In this vital position, you’ll support our Income Collection Team Managers in auditing former tenant debt and reducing arrears at the point of tenancy termination. By working hand‑in‑hand with Rent Officers and our repairs and maintenance teams, you’ll help create a clear, joined‑up strategy for tackling bad debt.

    You will:

    * Analyse resident feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

    * Prepare clear, insightful reports for managers and leadership teams.

    * Work with service teams to turn insight into meaningful service improvements.

    * Coordinate improvement actions arising from complaints and survey results.

    * Lead CSAT and insight meetings to monitor performance and drive change.

    * Support our “You Said, We Did” approach to demonstrating impact.

    * Champion a resident‑first culture across the organisation.

    About You

    * We’re looking for someone who is:

    * Confident analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.

    * Skilled at translating insight into practical actions.

    * An excellent communicator able to work collaboratively with teams.

    * Comfortable facilitating discussions and supporting service reviews.

    * Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

    * Passionate about improving resident experience and using evidence to drive decisions.

    Why JRHT?

    * At JRHT, we are guided by our core values:

    * We’re built on trust

    * We show we care

    * We make a difference

    JRHT strives to be a housing association that is sustainable and engaging, providing high quality and continuously improving services and decent affordable homes in well managed communities prioritising those in greatest need.

    Closing date for applications is 7th June.

    Interviews will take place week commencing 15th June.

    Please note that we will be shortlisting and interviewing on an on-going basis and reserve the right to bring the closing date forward should enough quality applications be received.
