How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Conveyancing Paralegal
    Canary Wharf, London
    £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
    Full-Time, Permanent, Office-Based

    Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Law Firm based in Canary Wharf, renowned for providing exceptional legal services across multiple practice areas. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and professional excellence, our client is now seeking a career-driven Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
    * Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds.
    * Conduct searches, review title documents, and assist with pre- and post-completion work.
    * Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant third parties.
    * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files on the case management system.
    * Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling client queries.
    * Conduct basic legal research and ensure all work complies with current regulations and firm policies.

    Requirements:
    * Minimum of 2 year's experience working within a conveyancing department (residential or commercial).
    * Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related documentation.
    * Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
    * High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
    * Confident communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
    * Proficient in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
    * Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in conveyancing.

    Qualifications:
    * A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is desirable.
    * Completion of a Paralegal qualification or the LPC is advantageous but not essential.
