Shift Patterns & Enhanced Pay
We offer two main shift windows. For ad-hoc workers, you can pick up shifts within these patterns based on your availability:
The Early Shift: 07:00 am to 03:30 pm | Rate: £12.71 per hour
The Late Shift: 03:15 pm to 11:45 pm | Rate: £13.98 per hour (Premium rate applied to all hours worked after 6:00 pm)
The Role
As a vital part of the production line, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Ensuring high-quality spices are accurately blended, measured, and weighed.
Packaging finished products efficiently to meet strict quality and presentation standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in line with food safety guidelines.
