Description

Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive vompliance monitoring and control assurance framework.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop and present reports on control assurance findings to senior stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to enhance control processes and improve overall efficiency.
Oversee the implementation of corrective actions for identified control weaknesses.
Provide guidance and training to teams on control assurance best practices.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure alignment with financial services standards
